We own a Select Registry B & B that offers World Class Dining and Wine with most of the ingredients coming from local farmers. Ed was chosen by Governor Joe Manchin to represent West Virginia in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off in New Orleans, July 18-19th, 2009. Ed is featuring the Apalachian Golden Trout along with the North Fork Mountain Inn Wild Leek Soup. You can view the results of this competition featuring the Top 15 Celebrity Chefs in the US on Food Network, and many PBS stations including Louisiana Public Broadcasting System.
