Value Added Fair
The day will begin with your commodity. We will show you how to:
Develop other marketable uses, recipes, a story for marketing, packaging and labeling and best practice theories.
WV farmers and extension agent's registration fees are provided through generous grant support of the Collaborative for the 21st Century Appalachia and the USDA Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service.

Directions:
Take the 79 exit 132 to the 250 N
Rt. 250N (Fairmont Ave.)
At the stop light just past Allegheny Power you will turn left onto Country Club Road
At the first light (approx. 1mi.) turn right onto Locust Ave. (Rt. 19N)
Continue to the third stoplight
Turn left into Fairmont State
At the rotary, turn left and drive up the hill in front of Hardway Hall (Bldg with large pillars)
At the back of Hardway Hall turn right to park on top of parking garage. Walk from your car between Hardway and Jaynes Halls.
The Education Bldg. is cattycorner from Hardway
